Are you interested in fair trade, sustainability and social justice? Take your interest to the next level with the Manitoba Fair Trade Ambassador Training, a new initiative from Fair Trade Manitoba and the Canadian Fair Trade Network.
Whether you’ve been involved with the fair trade movement for a while or you’re looking to take part for the first time, the Manitoba Fair Trade Ambassador Training is a great way to develop leadership skills, gain experience and build connections with a provincial network of fair trade advocates.
A new spin-off from the National Fair Trade Ambassador Program, this training will give you the tools you need to educate, engage and mobilize your community on fair trade issues — an important part of supporting global farmers and workers.
After completing the training, you have the option to take a fair trade quiz and become a member of the National Ambassador Program, which includes developing an outreach strategy and becoming an official volunteer for Fair Trade Manitoba.
